The objective was to increase Hallmark’s online presence through a multi-channel digital PR and outreach strategy – building up brand awareness, engagement and positioning to showcase Hallmark’s card and gifting ranges.
We developed a persona driven outreach strategy to align with the brand beliefs and overriding brand mission. The digital PR and outreach plan generated conversation around new ranges and relevant trending topics.
